- There are no refunds issued for ITR's subscription services (Trends Report™, Insider™, DataCast™).
- You may cancel a subscription on the same day that you order it.
- Any automatic renewals made to subscriptions may be cancelled on the day of the transaction. If you receive a receipt for a renewal and would like to cancel, you may do so that day without penalty. Associated charges will be refunded.
